Does my score carry over to my next rental? +
Yes — fully. Your Trust Score persists across all Movely rentals, in every country. Moving from Barcelona to Amsterdam? Your score, tier, and Passport come with you. This is the whole point: one rental reputation that works everywhere.
What happens if my score drops below a tier? +
Your tier is only re-evaluated at the end of each tenancy. During a tenancy, your tier is locked — you won't lose benefits mid-lease. If your score drops below the tier floor between rentals, you'll start the next tenancy at the lower tier.
How does the AI photo comparison work? +
At move-in and move-out, you complete a guided photo protocol in the Movely app. Our AI compares the two sets of photos and identifies any changes beyond normal wear and tear. The analysis is presented to both you and the landlord simultaneously. Either party can request human review within 48 hours.
When do I receive my cashback? +
Cashback is paid within 7 business days of your move-out being confirmed clean. It's calculated based on your tier at the end of the tenancy and paid via SEPA transfer or to your original payment method.
Can I lose my Platinum status? +
Platinum is maintained as long as your score stays above 180. There is a small decay of 5 points per 12 months of inactivity. Completing a new tenancy resets the decay counter and keeps your passport active.
Is Trust Score free? +
Yes. Trust Score is automatically included with every Movely rental. There is no fee to participate, no subscription, and no opt-in required. You start earning points from the moment you sign your first sublease with Movely.
